This Shipping Policy outlines how ECHOLYN LLC processes, ships, and delivers outdoor gear orders placed through topzone.vip (the "Site"). We specialize in tents, camping equipment, and related outdoor accessories.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to the following destinations:

· United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

· Canada: All provinces and territories.

· International: Selected countries in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing tents, inflatable shelters, or oversized camping equipment. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

· Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

· Custom or Pre-Order Items: Processing time may extend to 5–7 business days. Estimated ship dates will be communicated at checkout and via order confirmation email.

· Peak Season Notice: During high-demand periods (spring/summer camping season, holiday seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We partner with trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery of your outdoor gear.

 

Freight/LTL Shipping: Required for oversized items including large family tents (8+ person capacity), inflatable tents with air pumps, camping furniture sets, and bulk orders exceeding 150 lbs. Freight shipments include curbside delivery.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders enjoy free shipping, with shipping subsidy capped at

$50 per order.

Shipping fees differ based on product size, weight and delivery address. You pay any shipping cost over $50.

FRIGHT/LTL SHIPPING

Oversized items (8+ person tents, inflatable tents with pumps, full camping furniture sets, orders over 150 lbs) must be shipped via LTL freight, only curbside delivery available. Freight cost will be quoted separately.

 Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

NOTICE

· Our office is in New York. Goods ship from different warehouses according to product, stock and destination, so packages may not ship from NY.

SHIPPING RATES

· Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for US orders under $75.

· Expedited Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

· Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

· Freight/LTL: Quoted individually based on item dimensions, weight, and delivery address.

· Canada Shipping: Flat rate of $19.95 for orders under $150; free on orders over $150.

· International Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on topzone.vip or contacting our customer support team.

SPECIAL PRODUCT SHIPPING NOTES

· Tents & Shelters: Shipped in reinforced boxes with protective padding. Tent poles are secured separately to prevent damage.

· Sleeping Bags & Pads: Compressed and vacuum-sealed to minimize package size and shipping costs.

DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

· Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

· Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note the damage with the carrier before signing. Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours.

· Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item details.

· Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

· Return Window: Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

· Used Gear Returns: Gently used camping gear may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, provided it is in resellable condition.

· Defective Items: Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost. Contact us within 30 days with photos of the defect.

· Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

· Non-Returnable Items: Fuel canisters, food items, hygiene products, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

· Tent Return Condition: Tents must be returned unused, with all original stakes, poles, guy lines, and carrying bags included. Setup or field use voids return eligibility.
